Starting 2014, honor God by being a good steward of the body and health that God has given us, so that we may have a long full life of service to Him. Ways you can commit;
1) Develop healthful eating habits
2) Exercising routinely at least three times a week
3) Setting S.M.A.R.T. health and fitness goals
4) Praying daily for the personal discipline to fulfill this commitment and for the others who are making this commitment with me
