The Preteen Ministry at FBC Amarillo is a unique ministry that allows 6th graders to learn about and discuss relevant issues and struggles they face in middle school.
On Sunday mornings, Preteens have the opportunity to hang out and visit with each other in The Link before breaking into their gender-specific Sunday School classes.
Preteens are invited to attend Camp Xtreme (a camp designed specifically for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders). This is an awesome way to learn more about God and spend quality time with other children their own age.. We also offer a Preteen Retreat each Spring and many other exciting events throughout the year.

Middle School Ski Trip
This year our 6th graders will be headed out for the Youth Ski Trip. This will take place the first weekend of spring break, one of our youth staff and a few trusted adults, take our middle school students to Glorieta, New Mexico. We stay at the FBC Lodge and take part in two days of glorious skiing, outstanding worship, and spectacular food. This trip is an absolute blast.
